We recognize the urgent need to address the climate crisis and are committed to acting alongside our network of enterprises. As part of our sustainability efforts, we prioritize working with like-minded partners who share our belief in the importance of protecting the environment for future generations.

One example of our commitment to sustainability is our use of jute bags made from natural vegetable fibers as a replacement for plastic bags in product procurement. We currently provide jute bags for close to 50% of the crops we source and aim to achieve 100% usage within the next 5 years. Additionally, we are implementing the use of jumbo bags for gum shipments to reduce plastic waste.

We also prioritize the use of solar energy, with our clinic already utilizing about 50% solar energy and plans to incorporate solar energy into all our facilities worldwide within the next 5 years. Furthermore, we are actively studying the implementation of clean energy in our facilities stateside.

In line with our dedication to reducing water consumption, we are establishing mechanisms in our facilities to recycle and re-utilize water in spray drying processes, effectively cutting down on unnecessary water usage.

Finally, we are exploring the innovative possibility of recycling old fleet tires into diesel fuel and other energy sources. We are committed to being part of the solution to the climate crisis and making a positive impact on the environment for future generations.

1. Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle: Follow the three Rs of sustainability to reduce our environmental impact. Reduce consumption of resources, reuse products as much as possible, and recycle materials whenever possible.

2. Choose Sustainable Products: Choose products made from sustainable materials, such as bamboo, organic cotton, or recycled plastic. Look for products that are made with minimal environmental impact and are produced by socially responsible companies.

3. Conserve Energy: Reduce energy by choosing renewable energy sources like solar or wind power.

4. Save Water: Reduce water consumption by fixing leaks and recycle water.

5. Transportation: Choose environmentally friendly modes of transportation, and by using alternatives to diesel fuel. 

6. Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste responsibly by properly recycling, composting, and disposing of hazardous waste in designated facilities.
